Disregard first comment, could not initially open T 1images . The high signal on T1 should not be seen with uncompliated myxoma . If no specefic history of trauma , consider soft tissue sarcoma , possibly liposarcoma ? myxoid type , ultrasound appearance and contrast exam may be of further help.

Most likely im myxoma, with cystlike appearance, contrast enhancement should be inhomogenous, also exlude previous trauma

Well done – it is a myxoid liposarcoma – I was not aware of the relative absence of fat of this tumour. Great learning case ?
